Responsibilities
Operational Management : Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service flow. Monitor quality of food, beverage, and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure all operational areas are properly staffed and equipped. Oversee opening and closing procedures. Staff Management : Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members. Conduct regular briefings, performance evaluations, and team meetings. Motivate and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Handle staff issues including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution. Customer Service : Maintain a strong presence on the floor to interact with guests and resolve any complaints. Ensure a personalized and memorable guest experience. Monitor and respond to guest feedback through online platforms and in-house systems. Financial Performance : Monitor daily sales and ensure profitability of the outlet. Control operational costs (labor, food, beverage, etc.) and minimize waste. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure accuracy of cash handling and reconciliation procedures. Inventory & Supply Chain : Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely and cost-effective deliveries. Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet. Adhere to all local health and safety regulations. Ensure staff are trained in safety protocols and emergency procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
