Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Seremban. The role involves providing technical expertise to clients, delivering accurate product and service information, supporting the sales team in understanding technical requirements, and helping close sales through technical consultations. Additionally, the individual will build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to assess and address customer needs effectively
• Skilled in Technical Support, with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and providing solutions
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Experienced in Sales and relationship management, capable of building and sustaining lasting client partnerships
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
• Educational background in engineering, marine studies, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the inshore and offshore industry, and an understanding of underwater operations is an advantage
