Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email about online orders, product details and pet-food related questions.
- Guide customers through ordering and payment processes on the website.
- Troubleshoot order issues (delays, returns, incorrect items) and escalate priority incidents.
- Record accurate case notes, follow up as required, and close tickets to meet SLAs.
- Contribute to process and knowledge improvements; share feedback to improve customer experience.
- Meet quality and performance KPIs set by the company and client.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and aboveB2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is requiredMinimum 1 year of customer support experience in BPO sector preferredCustomer-first mindset and strong service orientationAble to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teammatesComfortable with Windows and MS OfficeWilling to work in Penang, GeorgeTownJob Benefits
