Salary : MYR 2,300 - MYR 2,500 Per Month

Requirements :
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage
- Minimum basic knowledge in Customer Service, Office Administration, or related field
- In-house training provided for software and systems
- Daily utilization of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Gmail
- Generate Workers Face Recognition Attendance Report
- Having organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in handling collection & delivery of goods from customer & supplier logistics
Responsibilities :
Administer and maintain office space to ensure a well-organized work environmentRecord staff and workers daily attendance with online face recognition softwareMonitor monthly collection of utility bills with checklist / chart providedMonitor office / factory activities & efficiencyKeep track of incoming & outgoing delivery of goodsHandle and monitor customer inquiries & promptly update office activityRecord and monitor customer payment via email / daily bank statementStock activity (received & issued via Excel)Benefits :
