• Senior Business Development Representative – Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)
• We’re looking for a driven outbound sales professional to help expand our market presence across
• Singapore and Malaysia
• . If you’re passionate about sales development, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth, this is your chance to make an impact at a global leader in customer engagement solutions.
• What You’ll Do
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through
• outbound
• prospecting and engagement.
• Transform marketing leads into sales opportunities by educating and guiding prospects.
• Build relationships and schedule meetings / demos between Account Executives and potential clients.
• Position Genesys as a trusted global provider of communication, collaboration, and customer engagement software.
• Manage pipelines, update CRM (Salesforce), and hit ambitious quarterly targets.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
• What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years
• of BDR experience, with
• 3+ years specifically in outbound sales
• for IT or cloud solutions.
• Proven success in the
• Singapore and Malaysia markets
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools).
