Penerangan pekerjaanPossess a diploma or equivalent in an engineering field. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with strong leadership qualities. A disciplined and dynamic team player with a positive attitude. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Train new employees on the safe use of machinery and adherence to procedures.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices, and report them to the Manager immediately.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to maximize production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and recommend improvements.
- Implement best practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and develop solutions.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
