As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting clients by ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, and operation of our commercial kitchen equipment. This position requires strong technical skills, proactive client service, and close collaboration with the sales team to deliver comprehensive solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for installation of kitchen equipment at client locations. Perform service, repair, and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment to ensure reliability and safety. Assist the sales team by offering technical expertise during client inquiries and project discussions. Conduct regular client visits to assess equipment performance and resolve on-ground technical issues. Work closely with sales staff to analyze technical issues and, when required, provide feedback and reports to headquarters. Collect and share market-related information (e.g., client shop expansions, competitor activities, equipment usage trends) to support future sales activities. Deliver training sessions to clients on equipment operation, safety, and best practices.
