Engtex Ductile Iron Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base within the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

• Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you would be responsible for the sales performance of Sales and Marketing Department as well as thought leadership on plans to optimize the sales.
• Develop and implement effective business development & marketing strategies, budgeting & feasibility and analysis to meet revenue growth target and profitability.
• Identify, evaluate, promote and develop viable business opportunities.
• Build positive business relationships with local business community and governmental / regulatory bodies.
• To coach, mentor and motivate the sales / marketing team members and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Providing strategic direction, leadership, motivation and drive to the sales force to attain the sales performance targets and overall business growth set.

Engtex Ductile Iron Marketing Sdn Bhd ('EDIM') is marketing arm of Engtex Ductile Iron Pipe Industry Sdn Bhd (EDIP). The pipes produced ranging from 100mm to 800mm in diameter.
