What You'll Do
- Manage Presidents calendar, meetings and travel
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports and presentation
- Coordinate events and external engagements
- Serve as liaison between president and stakeholders
- Maintain and update CRM customer data.
- Monitor opportunities, sales pipelines and engagements
- Generate CRM reports for leadership review.
- Promote CRM best practices within the regional team
- Support regional projects, events, and leadership programs
- Coordinate communication across Southeast Asia offices
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items
