Customer Support

Job Scope / Key Responsibilities :

• Handle Customer Enquiries
• Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via email or messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information on products, stock availability, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, product defects, or order discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics, production) to find and implement effective solutions.
• Order Coordination Support
• Assist customers in placing orders, confirming product specifications, and tracking order status.
• Follow up on pending or delayed orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge
• Maintain a solid understanding of the company's furniture products, materials, and specifications.
• Recommend suitable alternatives when products are out of stock or discontinued.
• After-Sales Support
• Handle warranty claims, returns, or replacement requests according to company policy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the post-sales process.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, including retailers, interior designers, and distributors.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized service and build long-term loyalty.
• Documentation & System Updates
• Record all customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM or order management system.
• Prepare and update customer service reports when needed.
• Internal Communication
• Liaise closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to provide customers with accurate updates.
• Flag recurring issues or customer concerns to management for process improvement.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently and professionally.

Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
