The HR Business Partner oversees the daily functions of the HR department, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with laws, and a positive employee experience. This includes managing HR systems, policies, procedures, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

This position reports to the HR Director, located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Employee Engagement :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employee relations, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, especially supporting leaders and employees working night shifts.
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as virtual coffee sessions, annual offsite team building, wellness programs (e.g., health day, ), and professional development activities like leadership roundtables, learning lunches, and stay interviews.
