AI Automation Lead

Penerangan pekerjaanParticipate in strategic planning with the AI Steering Team to align automation efforts with business goals. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor Copilot usage, adoption trends, and productivity metrics. Create executive-ready visualizations and summaries to communicate insights and ROI. Lead a small team responsible for building and maintaining Copilot agents and supporting components using the Power Platform. Prioritize development work based on business needs and impact. Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of automation solutions. Strong grasp of automation and AI-driven insights to optimize workflows and operations. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 analytics tools. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and querying languages (e.g., SQL, DAX). Strong storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex data clearly. Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working across time zones in a global business environment. Willingness to travel to other Mintel offices as needed. Lead and mentor 1–2 Power Platform developers. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. Guide technical decisions and ensure alignment with business priorities. Hands-on experience with AI assistant tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 usage analytics, Power Platform telemetry, or Copilot reporting.
