JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
2) Knowledgeable and experienced in using SQL Systems & well-known about property management will be an added advantage.
3) Detail-oriented & able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
4) Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
5) Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
6) Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, correspondences and document preparation.
2 Providing operational support for various business functions, including scheduling, coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
3) Coordinate and communicate with tenants on all tenancy administrative process to ensure that Tenancy Agreements (TA) is duly executed, stamped and delivered;
4) Monitor and keep track of Tenancy Agreements (TA) renewals;
5) Assist and update Finance Department on all Tenancy Agreements (TA) documents and all payment related; and ensure documents are filed in orderly manner;
6) Conduct regular stock checks and maintain updated stock records for operational supplies.
7) Maintain an updated inventory of tools, equipment, and assets.
8) Coordinate and follow up on work orders, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
