Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to sales, account and operations team as needed.
- Prepare and manage documents including invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders and quotations.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare draft and format internal and external correspondence such as letters, memos, notices, reports and presentations.
Job Requirements
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (MUST) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking directors and clients.Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English are mandatory.At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.Knowledge of using SQL software.Working Conditions
