Plant Director (HVAC)

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the production operation management of the factory, formulate and implement the annual production plan, and ensure the achievement of goals such as production capacity, quality and cost.
• Lead the optimization of production processes and technological innovation to improve production efficiency and product yield.
• Establish and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO9001, and promote continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for the factory's logistics management, production planning and export trade-related affairs, and coordinate supply chain and customer needs.
• Lead team building, cultivate local management talents, and improve employees' skills and performance.
• Ensure the factory's compliant operation in line with local laws and regulations as well as group policy requirements.
• Closely collaborate with the headquarters and cross-departmental teams to promote the implementation of the group's strategy in the factory
