Responsibilities :
Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales and MOT / strata title matters.
Follow-up and coordinate with the Project team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application.
Ensure that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on matters pertaining to Sales and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings & collections, vacant possession.
Attend timely to the SPA, loan documentations to facilitate the bank loan draw down.
Monitor and ensure progressive payment are collected within the stipulated time frame.
To attend promptly to reconciliation matter or discrepancies raised by Account Department.
To prepare all the relevant reports as required by the management in a timely & accurate manner.
Perform any duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent disciplines.
1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft office.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Responsible, independent, positive working attitude, teamwork and able to meet deadlines.
