MANUFACTURING / OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations of the oleochemical plant to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production in line with quality and environmental standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, yield, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.

Lead and develop the production team through setting effective training, performance management, and skill enhancement programs.

Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on operational performance, capacity utilization, and process efficiency.

Manage production budgets and control manufacturing costs to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements

Degree in Chemical Science or Engineering, preferably with MBA. Extensive experience in a continuous chemical processing plant, with proven leadership in a senior management role.

Excellent people management abilities and proficiency in setting and driving KPIs.

Demonstrated capability in leading operational efficiency and process improvement with the support by a team of experienced managers to achieve organizational objectives.
