Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, following SOP to ensure high-quality support.
Responsibilities
- Show empathy by listening to customer needs and concerns and provide solutions based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure accurate support.
- Attend customer inquiries through live chats, emails, and phone calls.
Requirements
At least SPM / O level / UECFresh graduates are encouraged to applyLanguages required : Mandarin to deal with clients from TaiwanAble to work in the office located at Sunway Visio Tower, CherasAccept 24 / 7 rotational shiftIntake period in NovemberWorking Hours
9 hours per day, including 1 hour resting time; 5 days per week.
