Penerangan pekerjaanMatching against supporting documents and purchase orders (3-way match). Sending out for authorization (if required) to capture all purchases accurately and timely. Scanning all invoices. Assist with payment vouchers and requisitions. Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. Assist Management to develop Supply Chain policies. Follow up and communicate with various departments to ensure compliance and submission are all in order. Contract length : 3 months minimum. At least a Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business Studies / Administration / Economics or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal skills that maintain excellent relationships and credibility Desire to grow professionally with an interest in a retail company industry Kuala Lumpur : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) What is your internship duration? Brew Crew Opportunity
We are seeking for an Accounts Payable Intern who will be responsible for the accurate and timely recording of accounts payable information. The intern must demonstrate a strong commitment to Company policies. This role sits within the Supply Chain department.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounts payable information and adequacy of supporting documentation. Complies with internal policies, government rules and regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the Accountant / Head of Supply Chain or Purchasing Manager and will represent the Company in a professional manner.
- The Company reserves the right to add or change duties.
