About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Account Clerk & Admin to join our condo management team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of our property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record daily financial transactions using our accounting system
  • Prepare and organize financial documentation in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and respond to stakeholder inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all building management policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in accounting and administrative roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with owners, residents, and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with building management operations and practices
