Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication and Relationship Maintenance : Skilled in handling complex communication matters at the customer interface, promptly responding to project customer complaints to ensure their demands are resolved in a timely manner, and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Project Progress and Technical Management : Strictly control project progress in an efficient manner, quickly formulate and implement reasonable project advancement plans, coordinate resources from all parties, and fully promote the project to proceed as per the set goals, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Compliance with Regulations and Project Acceptance : Thoroughly study and adhere to local regulations in the Philippines to ensure full compliance during project implementation. Responsible for organizing and completing project acceptance work, eliminating operational risks in the project, and ensuring smooth project closure and orderly progress in subsequent stages.

Job Requirements

  • Work Experience : Candidates with over 5 years of project management experience are preferred, including at least 3 years of project management experience in the financial sector in Malaysia .
  • Work Experience : Rich cross-departmental project management experience is required, with the ability to effectively handle communication and collaboration challenges in complex organizational structures.
  • Project Experience : Successfully led and delivered at least 3 large-scale projects, familiar with the full project life cycle management, and have practical experience in handling project emergencies.
  • Industry Experience : Deep project management experience in the financial industry, familiar with the operation processes and norms of local bank projects in the Philippines.
  • Good communication skills and good teamwork, responsible and able to sort out difficulties independently. can use Chinese as work language;

    • Professional / Technical Competencies and Proficiency Levels

  • Project management skills : Proficient in project management tools such as Project and Jira, capable of using these tools for project planning, progress tracking, and risk management. Hold PMP certification will be great.
  • Regulatory knowledge : Have a deep understanding of local financial regulations and project management-related regulations in the Philippines, and can accurately follow regulatory requirements during project execution.
  • Technical management skills : Possess strong technical problem analysis capabilities, able to manage technical teams and provide strong support for project decision-making, and promptly identify potential project risks and formulate response strategies.
