Job Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and training rehabilitation technologies.
- Manage a portfolio of well established hospitals, clinics and institutions.
- Self‑plan and arrange visits with prospects and existing clients; achieve monthly visit and sales KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting through KPI sheets (visits, demos, and conversions).
- Coordinate with management and respond within defined time limits for reports and emails.
- Maintain professional appearance and represent the company positively in all client interactions.
- Handle demonstrations and sales for a range of technologies from RM10k to up to a million.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Biology, Clinical Science, Physiotherapy, or related fields preferred.Sales experience required (2 years with strong performance justification).Medical sales experience is a strong advantage.Knowledge of hospital / clinic systems and the SOCSO / PERKESO rehabilitation program is a plus.Must possess own car and a valid driving license.Tech‑savvy, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently.Enjoys fieldwork, flexible schedules, and freedom in managing time.Able to meet deadlines and performance targets.Compensation & Benefits
Commission : RM 500–1,000 per month (based on performance). Performance bonuses for exceeding sales and KPI targets. EPF / SOCSO / EIS contributions. Career growth opportunities in the rehabilitation technology sector.
