Job description :
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via email
- Handling complaints, resolve and follow-up customer enquires or problems efficiently and escalate problems / issues promptly.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Good in writing and preferable has background in customer service.Working day to commit is three (3) days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).Working location is KL Eco city, Kuala Lumpur.Training will be given.Job Type : Part-time
Pay : RM120.00 per day
