Customer Care Consultant

Penerangan pekerjaanAssist doctors in consultations and procedures as required. Coordinate and schedule surgeries in line with doctor / CM directives. Provide support as an OT Assistant or Surgery Coordinator when needed. Maintain proper documentation including consultation notes, follow-up notes, and related paperwork. Prepare and maintain statistics, reports, and other assigned documentation. Support administrative functions, including customer care admin (CCA backup / support). Ensure proper housekeeping of assigned work areas. SPM, Diploma and Degree holder. Must have experience in selling treatment packages or services to customers. Minimum 6 months – 1 year of proven sales experience is required, preferably in healthcare, eye care, or service-related industries. Well groomed as per company policy. Fast learner. Permanent Vacancy
Salary : RM3,500 – RM4,500
Working days : Monday – Sunday (5 days working, 2 days off – rotate)
Working hours : Monday – Saturday – 8 : 30a.m – 6p.m Sunday – 10a.m – 5p.m
Preferably Malay & Chinese Local Malaysian
Job Responsibilities : -
Patient Care & Consultation
- Provide patient education and consultation as directed by the doctor / CM.
- Attend to patients' needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform selective eye tests (e.g., instrumental eye tests) as deemed necessary by the doctor / CM.
- Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Conduct patient follow-ups after consultation, surgery, or treatment.
- Support patients with insurance claim submissions.
- Obtain patient feedback / testimonials and conduct patient surveys to improve service quality.
- Manage patient complaints in a timely and professional manner.
