Responsibilities :
- Identify and secure new business leads, grants, and funding opportunities aligned with PSC's mission and revenue targets.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to pitching and closing deals - using a consultative, solution-based approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporations, government agencies, and funding institutions to support market expansion and new business opportunities.
- Evaluate market trends, screen potential deals, and contribute to strategic planning that supports long-term, sustainable business development.
- Build strategic collaborations with external partners and platforms that can amplify PSC's reach, impact, and revenue through co-branded initiatives, shared resources, or joint solutions.
- Work closely with the internal team - communications (for marketing materials and brand alignment), technology (for platform integration), and project delivery (for implementation, deliverables, and timeline), to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution and maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with the finance team to monitor project revenue, ensure accurate invoicing, and follow through on timely payment collection from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system; regularly update the sales pipeline to support reporting, forecasting, and team alignment.
Required Experience and Personal Traits :
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or fundraising - preferably in consultative or solution-based selling.Proven track record in achieving sales targets.Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers, with an existing network among corporates, foundations, or government agencies will be a strong advantage.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, writing, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Independent and results-driven, with the ability to identify client needs and offer strategic solutions.Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.Organised and proficient in using various CRM tools and sales materialsWilling to travel when necessary, and possess own transportation.Vacancies available in Malaysia, Indonesia & Philippines.Must Have : Passionate in transforming lives
