You will assist in managing and coordinating the onboarding, offboarding and administration of indirect resources. You will be working very closely with various hiring department to ensure resources are efficiently deployed that is aligned with business needs.
The Role
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for indirect resources.
- Actively engage with recruitment agencies to ensure smooth recruitment of indirect resources according to the hiring requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and updating record of contract for all indirect resources including assignment details, contract duration and addressing all contract renewal promptly.
- Ensure the completion and retention of all required documentation in compliance with company’s policies, legal requirements and audit standards for indirect resource management.
- Track and provide regular indirect resource related reports and any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
- Assist in resolving any issues or questions related to indirect resources and highlighting to the superior for any complex issues when necessary.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline the processes related to indirect resource management.
- Other responsibilities entailed.
The Person
Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination, vendor management or indirect resource management is a plus. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Capable in working with cross-functional team.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Detailed-oriented with good problem-solving skills.Experience working with HR software is an added advantage.Seniority level
