T&O Technology & Operations
T&O organisation is the engine room of the Bank, delivering Technology and Operations services across the Bank globally. It consists of over 50,000 people in 59 markets, with a cumulative investment of approximately $2.5 bn, and $1.75 bn of investment costs that land in T&O for the delivery of programmes. The T&O Quarterly Portfolio Review (QPR’s) manage roughly $500‑600 m each year and an additional $500 m for the next 1.5 years of Fit for Growth (FFG) investments. In all, about 80 % of investment costs land in T&O for delivery, presenting a significant challenge of cost avoidance, efficiency gains and value optimisation.
Common Service Delivery for Projects
In partnership with T&O programme and project teams, the T&O Common Service Delivery for Projects will identify opportunities and establish central T&O delivery service offerings – a structured, T&O‑wide services programme aimed at developing, standardising and scaling services that programme and portfolio management can across T&O and business functions.
Strategic Role
This strategic role will lead delivery optimisation efforts and operational efficiency across T&O by implementing best‑in‑class practices and establishing a centralised suite of delivery services to support repeatable and high‑value programme and project management functions. The initiatives are expected to deliver sustainable cost savings of $10‑20 million annually.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the T&O Programme, Project, Release & Change Teams, Portfolio Leads and key business and functional stakeholders, the role will ensure the effective planning and execution of delivery initiatives across the Bank. The scope blends strategic foresight, service offering and management expertise, financial acumen, and hands‑on execution – offering a strong platform for collaborating across the enterprise.
