Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Café. This includes the following tasks :
Oversee and take accountability for maintaining operational excellence in all facets of cafeteria management (staffing, product quality, sales, collection, etc).
Lead the team to deliver high quality service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and individual growth.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulation and compliance with health regulation.
Manage costs effectively, including purchasing and inventory control.
Implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members, contributing to overall performance improvement.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports and present to the Management.
In-charge of vending machine (product replenish, product expiry, machine maintenance, etc).
Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
