PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Candidates must possess at least SPM level or higher education level.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in coordination projects on retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial & exhibition spaces. (Note : Construction / engineering experience WILL NOT be considered.)

Able to multi-task & work independently.

Self-motivated with passion in interior design.

Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.

Able to converse in English & Mandarin / Cantonese in order to liaise with Mandarin / Cantonese speaking clients & associates.

Must possess own transport.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare work schedule & ensure project is completed on a timely basis.
• In-charge all necessary submission & obtain approval from relevant authorities, building owner & landlord.
• Conduct periodic site supervision & monitoring of project progress.
• Frequent site inspection to ensure quality of work to meet project's time schedule.
• To lead & control all workers & contractors works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirement.
• Report to project manager, work closely with designer & contractors on appropriate project handover.
