Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or have a recognized professional qualification in Accountancy. Having a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, specializing in customer service and helpdesk is advantage. Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and other business partners throughout the organization. Able to think critically and grasp new concepts quickly; and Experience in Account receivable. Flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
EXECUTIVE (GROUP FINANCE) - ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE
Responsible for handling Student Outstanding and TCS migration
Responsibilities
- Follow up student overdue payment.
- TCS Migration
- Coordination with other departments on issues related to student financial aid and status.
- Taskforce project.
- Response to walk-in, phone and email inquiries regarding student financial aid.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
