Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies,Administration,Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent Sales experience in similar industry Able to demonstrate proven sales track records with minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience Possesses strong negotiation and influencing skills Required language(s) : English and Mandarin dialects Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Experience working in an cold-call, door to door sales is highly preferred Possess own transport and willing to travel Excellent team player and loves to take on new challenges

Responsibilities :
- To ensureSales Targets are metin line with organizational objectives
- To ensureregular visit and briefingis done with dealers from time to time to keep them informed of the current and upcoming sales campaigns
- Responsible forchannel expansionby mappingpotential customersandsecure new accountsin order to generate new leads for sales growth of the organization.
- Conduct continuousmarket intelligenceandcompetitor analysisto ensure always one step ahead of competitors
- To develop accurateSales Forecast with Key Accountsfor sustainable growth in business.
- ManageKey Channel / Key Account PSI, in order to maintain healthy stock level while anticipating opportunities for sell in.
- To buildstrong rapport, promote brand and product to authorized dealers.
- Responsible inmonthly AR collections.
