Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the automotive industry Age between 35 to 45 years old Strong knowledge of automotive technical components and specifications Proficient in sourcing strategies, supplier negotiation, and contract management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skill. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all procurement activities in alignment with company goals
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery
- Oversee procurement planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality and technical standards in all purchases
- Develop long-term relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and finance departments
