Job Description :

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, deadlines, and available resources.
  • Prioritize jobs to meet delivery dates and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Determine the sequence and timing of each production stage, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Schedule machine and labor resources to meet production demands.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
  • Use ERP / MRP systems to track job progress, resource utilization, and production performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement improvements.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any delays or issues.

Job Qualifications / Experienced Required :

  • Minimum Diploma with 1 year work experience in manufacturing industry OR Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with other team members.
  • Risk assessment and contingency planning; the foresight to identify potential problems, obstacles, or setbacks that could derail a plan.
  • Research and analysis; the ability to formulate a plan based on information gathered to identify patterns and drawing insightful conclusions to inform your strategy.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies will be an added advantage.
