Primary Responsibilities :
Tender Documentation Management
- Prepare, compile, and format tender documents in accordance with requirements.
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Maintain proper filing and tracking system for all tender-related documents.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the tender and procurement team including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and correspondence.Maintain and update vendor registration documents, licenses, and company profiles.Tender Submission Coordination
Assist in online and physical tender submissions including uploading, couriering, or hand-delivering documents to relevant agencies or clients.Liaise with relevant internal departments to gather technical, financial, and compliance-related input for tender submission.Background / Education :
Diploma in Administration or any related field.Min 1 year experience in admin jobFamiliar with E-perolehan systemAbility to work well within tight deadlines;Excellent organizational skills are a mustStrong knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Word;Job Types : Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
