Primary Responsibilities :

Tender Documentation Management

  • Prepare, compile, and format tender documents in accordance with requirements.
  • Ensure all supporting documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain proper filing and tracking system for all tender-related documents.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the tender and procurement team including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update vendor registration documents, licenses, and company profiles.
  • Tender Submission Coordination

  • Assist in online and physical tender submissions including uploading, couriering, or hand-delivering documents to relevant agencies or clients.
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments to gather technical, financial, and compliance-related input for tender submission.
  • Background / Education :

  • Diploma in Administration or any related field.
  • Min 1 year experience in admin job
  • Familiar with E-perolehan system
  • Ability to work well within tight deadlines;
  • Excellent organizational skills are a must
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Word;
  • Job Types : Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Required)
  • Experience :

  • Administrative : 1 year (Required)
  • Work Location : In person
