About the Client
Our client is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer and is also one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, events and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
- Handle other administration duties.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a secretarial role.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Highly detailed-oriented and organized.Able to communicate in Mandarin.Able to travel for meetings.Remuneration :
