Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We are looking for a committed and experienced Assistant Store Manager, based in Putrajaya, Selangor (IOI City Mall), to support the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing staff performance, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations and to ensure the store operates efficiently in accordance to guidelines, to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Motivate, coach and support the team regularly to be sales-driven and result-driven.
• Maximize staff productivity, ensuring consistent compliance to the brand and company Policy & Procedures.
• Lead the store by representing the brand in a positive and professional manner while ensuring recurring business.
• Promote positive, cohesive, competitive and ethical working environment.
• Maintain store inventory integrity – minimize stock losses and ensure consistent stock count if necessary.
• Foster customer centric culture by leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience in store.
