Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Must have own transportation

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Follow-ups with suppliers overseas to ensure timely communication and collaboration
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and office organization
  • Manage and maintain records, documentation, and databases related to maids and clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
  • Location : PJ SS2 (Beside public bank)

    Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
