IT Operations Manager

Our client offers a self-service laundry solution in Malaysia that provides an easy and convenient way to clean and dry your weekly laundry using heavy-duty industrial machines at affordable prices. Customers can do their laundry at any time of day, without worrying about the weather, time constraints, or how long the cleaning process will take. Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy and Implementation

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage. Lead the implementation of new technology solutions, including IoT infrastructure, mobile applications, web applications, and central payment systems. IT Infrastructure Management

Oversee the maintenance and optimization of all software and hardware systems. Ensure seamless operation of systems such as washer / dryer software setups and other operational technologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to understand their needs and challenges. Plan, research, and implement technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. Facilitate the onboarding and training of staff on new systems and technologies. Stakeholder Engagement

Ensure that technology implementations deliver tangible value to stakeholders and users. Provide guidance and support to maximize the benefits of new technologies. Gather feedback to continuously improve technology solutions. Project Management

Lead technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Communicate project status and results to senior management. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or a similar role. Experience in the retail, hospitality, or service industry is a plus. Skills and Abilities
