We are looking for an enthusiastic
Telesales Agent
for our NGO program who experienced in telesales, or customer onboarding, particularly in a high-volume environment.
What we can expect as Telesales Agent(s) role with us :
Make outbound calls and educating potential customers about the organization's mission and NGO campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing detailed information on NGO program, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system, tracking interactions and commitments.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and guide customers through the onboarding process over the phone.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded and that all onboarding steps are completed thoroughly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed onboarding targets
Customer Service :
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining a positive, professional relationship throughout the engagement process.
