Stay ahead of technology trends and advancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop architecture solutions that meet requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions. What you do

Design and develop technology architecture solutions aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions that meet requirements. Understand architecture strategy and roadmap; align design accordingly. Produce design blueprints and best-fit architectural solutions for complete applications and end-to-end designs covering multiple interconnected systems and processes. Update or create architecture frameworks and guiding principles; understand when and how to apply them. Possess in-depth understanding of more than one functional domain in Financial Services. Quickly pick up new domain knowledge (e.g., payments, core banking, wealth). Provide detailed design (sequence diagrams, domain-driven, bounded context, microservices granularity). Deliver business capability while ensuring architecture principles are adhered to; conduct design reviews and define tech stack. Escalate design and implementation challenges to Architecture and Engineering forums for resolution. Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a technology-related field. Preferably 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks in Java / J2EE. Preferably 3 years of experience in Microservices architecture, Messaging (Kafka, MQ), and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OracleDB, MSSQL, etc.). Experience or knowledge in payments or core banking type of applications is advantageous. Experience or strong knowledge in Cloud and Infrastructure setup. Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization, including written, verbal, and visualizations. Team player with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment-oriented. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; good situational analysis and decision-making abilities. Experience defining new architectures and driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint. Thought leadership, proactivity, and resourcefulness. Additional details
