Must-Have : Language :
Fluent in Japanese (written / spoken) – Native / near-native level. Fluent in English
(for communication / documentation). Education :
Degree / Diploma (preferably in Tech / Engineering). Technical Skills : 4+ years in
IP Networking
(Cisco routers : ASR 9K, NCS, etc.). Knowledge of
BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, QoS, Multicast . Hands-on with
IOS-XR / IOS-XE, Cable, Optical, SP Mobility . Soft Skills :
Team player, strong communication, problem-solving. Good-to-Have
Prior experience in a
