Job Role : Customer Operation Support – (Email)
Responsibilities :
- Attend to all manner of customers' queries, purchase and renew of insurance at the Contact Center
- Ensure all incoming emails are attended within the service level set by the Company
- Makes outbound call to customers for follow up cases only if necessary
Contribution to the premium growth by :
Promote MSIG products and services to customers
Conversion to sales of customer's enquiriesCross-selling and upselling of Personal Lines products according to the customer's needsParticipate in any campaign initiated by the Company
Follow up with customers on any outstanding matter
Perform insurance premium collection, calculation of premium and generate quotationsRequirements :
Degree / Diploma holder preferably in Insurance or related discipline3 – 4 years of working experience in Customer Service Contact Center is an added advantageGood command in English both in speaking and writingAbility to speak in Bahasa, Mandarin and / or Cantonese is an added advantageGood communication, interpersonal and people management skillsGood knowledge of Insurance and MS Office applicationsExperienced in using CRM and Contact Center's telephony systemCustomer centricFresh graduates are welcome to applyBenefits :
