Job Descriptions :
- Handle full set of accounts and accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with current accounting practice including prepare and submit e-invoices.
- Establish and maintain an accurate cost accounting system, including tracking and reporting of direct and indirect costs.
- Ensure reasonable allocation of costs, including labor, materials, indirect expenses, and other cost elements.
- Analyse cost fluctuations and purchase price variances.
- Assist the logistics department in ensuring all documentation related to the handling, transport, and disposal of waste materials is properly completed and maintained in accordance with the regulations of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia) and regulatory requirements including Waste declaration forms, Transport logs, Disposal receipts, Customs clearance documents.
- Prepare monthly financial analysis report and evaluate performance by comparing and analysing actual results with budget.
- Site visit for verification of stocks and project progress.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely submission of documents to relevant authorities or department.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Certificates.Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing environment. Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.Strong data analysis skills and detailed oriented.Require language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.Job Type : Full-time
