Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Transportation / Business Administration / Finance / Cost Accountancy or equivalent. At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with any Accounting Software would be an added advantage. Knowledge in shipping terms and familiar with freight forwarding industry is essential. Meticulous, detail oriented and good with numbers. Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule with minimum supervision. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to exercise discretion and deal with sensitive and confidential information and related documents. Applicant must be willing to work at Bukit Tinggi, Klang. Preferably able to start immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.

Job Description :
- Able to do jobs costing.
- Able to track jobs handled by Operations Team based on information in system.
- Follow up with operations team as and when needed.
- Monitor jobs by ETD, cross check volume captured in system and job file.
- Cross check the billing and quotations to customers and ensure it tallies.
- To ensure job files are locked by the deadline given by Company (every month 6th)
- To check buying cost and cost paid.
- Assist to perform the month-end closing activities.
- Able to work independently with positive attitude approach.
- Perform any other related duties as and when requested by the superior.
