Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :

  • Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.

    • Sales Strategy and Execution :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions, including Cloud and Data Center services.

    • Market Research and Opportunity Identification :

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

    • Solution Selling :

  • Effectively sell Cloud Solutions, Professional Services, and Managed Services.
  • Present value propositions to clients, including ROI and strategic benefits.

    • Collaboration and Reporting :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Accurately maintain sales records and provide regular updates to management.

    • Revenue Growth :

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by managing individual pipelines and closing deals effectively.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

    • Key Requirements : Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years in direct sales with a proven track record in achieving targets.
  • Experience in selling Cloud Solutions, Professional Services, and Managed Services.

    • Industry Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of Cloud technology, Data Center solutions, and related ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or similar Cloud platforms is preferred.

    • Technical and Sales Skills :

  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in selling to enterprise clients and engaging with C-level executives.

    • Personal Attributes :

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

    • This role is ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in cloud technology and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
