About the role

What you'll be doing
- Assist the Sales Manager in setting and achieving sales targets for the team
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their performance
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the sales team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
