About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Pandamaran, Selangor, and will involve building strong relationships with our valued customers and driving sales growth for our innovative cosmeceutical products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts to maximise sales and revenue
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive brand experience
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in pharmacy or FMCG key account sales
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages / dialects are an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong business relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
