Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage client portfolios, focusing on agriculture, plantation, and industrial sectors.

Conduct site assessments and recommend engineering solutions tailored to client needs.

Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Work closely with the project and engineering team to ensure timely project execution.

Perform site visits and provide on-site technical support and briefings.

Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper sales records and reporting.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Agriculture, or related field).

Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical sales, preferably in irrigation, pumps, piping, or project-based engineering fields.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and proposals.

Independent, driven, and able to manage multiple projects.

Willing to travel frequently for site and client meetings.

Own transport with valid driving license is required.
