Restaurant Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Penerangan pekerjaanEnsure all purchases for the restaurants are carried out in accordance with the SOP, including but not limited to purchase request approval, price comparison, submission to Finance, etc. Effectively manage manpower resources to optimize productivity. Accountable for the HR admin scope for the restaurant. Take responsibility for day-to-day front-of-house operations to achieve and maintain excellent service standards. Lead by example in promoting a positive customer experience and addressing customer needs. Provide professional table service and ensure high standards for VIP dining. Coordinate with kitchen and operations team for VIP and client events. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, and maintenance records are accurately documented as per SOP. Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity and functionality of equipment. Fulfill responsibilities for compliance by ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required reports to clients and management. Maintain comprehensive records to facilitate audits and assessments. Diploma in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field. At least 5 years of working experience in a 4-star hotel, 4 star-hotel restaurants, or fine dining restaurants. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is compulsory. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and digital platforms (WeChat, OneBox, SharePoint). Must be fast and efficient in completing tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility is to take ownership of the restaurant and to manage the restaurant effectively.
