About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang and will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and curious about AI-know how. The position also requires willingness to travel outstation when necessary to meet with existing and potential clients, with fully claimable mileage and accommodation allowance.

What you'll be doing

• Multi-Product Champion : Confidently sell and cross-sell across our full range of products and services, matching the right solutions to each client’s needs.
• Pipeline Owner : Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads from prospecting to closure.
• Strategic Thinker : Contribute ideas for new products, partnerships, and business models that can expand market reach.
• Brand Ambassador : Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Customer Champion : Understand client pain points and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that add real value.
• Team Player : Work closely with the Head of Business Development and other teams to ensure we’re all moving in the same direction.
